01Every department in one system
A booking blocks the room everywhere at once, a restaurant bill posts straight to the guest’s room, and stock goes down when a dish is sold. Night audit closes the day, and the reports read from the same records, so nothing has to be copied by hand.
02A website for every hotel
Each hotel gets its own guest website in its own name, with its photos, rooms, restaurant, gallery and contact details. Guests see live prices with taxes, then book and pay online or at the hotel. Staff update the words and photos themselves.
03The right access for every role
Owners, managers, receptionists, housekeepers, waiters and store keepers each see only what their job needs. Every change to money is recorded and can be reversed, but never erased, and two-step login protects the accounts that matter.
04Made for any country
Currency, time zone, date formats and tax rules (GST, VAT, city tax) are settings, not code. Tax presets fill in the rules for many countries in one step.
05Connected to the booking sites
A channel manager connection keeps rooms and prices in step with Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and others, and their bookings arrive automatically, so a room is never sold twice.
