Festival greetings
Make an animated Diwali card written out to the person you are sending it to. Pick a design and one of 15 wishes in English or Hindi, and share the link on WhatsApp.
Happy Diwali, their name!
Choose any of these in the form above. The card shows it under the name of the person you send it to.
Diwali 2026 is expected on Sunday, 8 November. It follows the lunar calendar, so the date moves every year and can differ by a day between regions.
Diwali, or Deepavali, is the festival of lights. It celebrates Lord Rama’s return to Ayodhya after fourteen years of exile and the victory of light over darkness, and it is the night Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped for prosperity. It falls on the new moon (Amavasya) of Kartik.
Homes are cleaned and lit with diyas and rangoli, families perform Lakshmi Puja in the evening, and sweets and gifts go to relatives, neighbours and colleagues. Diwali is the heart of a five-day festival that runs from Dhanteras to Bhai Dooj.
44 to choose from: Indian festivals, national days, birthdays, anniversaries and every day of Valentine’s week. Each comes in 5 animated designs, from fireworks to confetti.
Type who the greeting is for, your own name if you want it signed, and choose one of 15 wishes in English or Hindi. Nothing is stored — the names live only in the link.
Share it on WhatsApp, through your phone’s share menu, or copy it anywhere. It opens as an animated card made for them.
