Festival greetings
Make an animated Ugadi card with the name of the person you are sending it to. Pick a design and a wish in English or Hindi, and share the link on WhatsApp.
Happy Ugadi, their name!
Choose any of these in the form above. The card shows it under the name of the person you send it to.
Ugadi 2027 is expected on Wednesday, 7 April. It follows the lunar calendar, so the date moves every year and can differ by a day between regions.
Ugadi is the New Year of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, on the same day as Gudi Padwa — the first day of the bright half of Chaitra. The name comes from “yuga adi”, the beginning of a new age.
The day’s signature is Ugadi pachadi, made of six tastes — sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy and tangy — for the mix of experiences a new year brings. Doorways are hung with mango leaves, and the year’s panchangam is read aloud.
44 to choose from: Indian festivals, national days, birthdays, anniversaries and every day of Valentine’s week. Each comes in 5 animated designs, from fireworks to confetti.
Type who the greeting is for, your own name if you want it signed, and choose one of 15 wishes in English or Hindi. Nothing is stored — the names live only in the link.
Share it on WhatsApp, through your phone’s share menu, or copy it anywhere. It opens as an animated card made for them.
